Each desktop computer is personally designed to meet your needs; from surfing the Internet to playing games or editing photos. Need it Delivered or Picked Up?

If you are unable to bring your computer in for service, you can arrange a time to have your computer picked up. You can also have your computer delivered to you when it is done being serviced. Additional charges apply for any on-site work performed during pickup or delivery.

Equipment Scan	$20
Scan your hard drive or memory for errors. View more details
Virus/Spyware Assessment	$65
Your hard drive will be scanned for viruses/spyware, then any infections will be removed. View more details
Advanced Virus Cleanup	$65/hour
For those computers with 100's of viruses or more, or hard to remove viruses, this service can get them off your computer on a time and materials basis. View more details
Basic Rebuild	$100
A basic rebuild involves re-formatting your hard drive and installing the operating system again. Additionally, any necessary drivers or Windows updates will be installed, and the inside of your case will be cleaned. View more details
Advanced Rebuild	$175
An advanced rebuild is like a basic rebuild, except your data will be backed up and put back on your computer when it's done. View more details
Basic Repair Assessment / Basic Data Recovery	$65
If your computer won't boot up, a thorough attempt will be managed to recover any data from the hard drive. View more details
Computer Tuneup	$65
Your computer's performance will be improved and critical system updates will be performed. View more details
Advanced Computer Tuneup	$100
This includes the standard computer tuneup, with the addition of updating drivers, antivirus programs, and scanning your computer for viruses/spyware. View more details
Data Transfer	$65
A data transfer involves backing up your data and transferring it to another computer or removable media. View more details
Hard Drive Duplication	$75
If you need an exact copy of your hard drive for use in a new computer, as a backup, or for recovering data. View more details
Hardware Installation	$25
Install PC components like graphics cards, hard drives, RAM, optical drives, MP3 players, printers or scanners. These components will also be configured for applicable use. View more details
Software Installation	$20
This covers installing and configuring 1 software title and installing any software updates available. View more details
Priority Repair	$40
Bump your computer up to the head of the line so that it gets repaired quicker. View more details
Delivery or Pickup	$25
Your computer will be delivered after it has been serviced, or you can scheduale for it to be picked up for service. View more details
Media Use	$5 per disk
This covers the disks used when backing up the data on your computer for use as a physical backup. View more details
Storage Fee	$.50 / day after 2 weeks
If you don't pick up your computer within 2 weeks of being repaired, you'll be charged a small storage fee. View more details

Prices do not include the purchase of any software or hardware that may be needed.

Size restrictions may apply on the amount of data covered in any of the services that deal with backing up data.

Any data recovery service that involves sending your hard drive to a third party for recovery will be quoted before any work is done.

Priority repair does not guarantee your computer will be serviced right away. Price does not include any repairs or additional services or products. A technician will give you an estimate on how long it will take to service your computer.
